Research group led by Pawel Nurowski.

Our group consists of differential geometers and theoretical physicists. We pick up problems in theoretical physics which we think can be described, solved, or simplified by using differential geometric techniques.

Research areas in which we are particularly interested now are:

• geometric control (theory),
• applications of parabolic geometries to physics,
• conformal geometry in relativity and cosmology;

We are the leader of an international group of researchers funded by the Norwegian Funds Grant GRIEG with acronym SCREAM (Symmetry, Curvature Reductions and Equivalence Methods). It is based at CFT and The Arctic University of Norway.
