Employment contract for a probation period of 3 months, then a 15-month contract with possibility of extension.

Handling recruitment and regulatory processes:
Participation in updating recruitment regulations (Polish and English versions);
Preparation and updating recruitment document templates (PL and ENG);
Support recruitment processes of ERA Chair project members and preparation of necessary documentation;
Assisting in preparation of recruitment summary reports for ERA Chair;
Creating, verifying and announcing job competitions (e.g., EURAXESS, NCN);
Correspondence with candidates and verification of application documentation;
Preparing candidate lists for recruitment committees.
Organizing training sessions and study trips:
Planning and organizing trainings and study trips;
Preparing schedules and reports from trainings and trips.
Supporting equality policy implementation:
Assisting with Gender Equality Plan updates;
Supporting HR Excellence in Research Award related activities.
Day-to-day HR administrative support:
Preparing and recording employment and civil law contracts;
Managing employee documentation;
Updating data in the payroll and HR system PSKP;
Recording leaves and archiving documents according to procedures.
Other tasks:
Cooperation with other departments on projects;
Preparing reports for the Management Board;
Performing other tasks assigned by the Management.
Master’s degree (document required);
At least 2 years of experience in HR (experience in scientific institutions is a plus);
Very good command of English (min. B2);
Knowledge of payroll and HR systems (e.g. PSKP) and electronic document flow systems (e.g. EZD);
Knowledge of labor law and ability to interpret legal acts;
Very good MS Office skills (Word, Excel);
Independence, responsibility, good organizational skills, high personal culture;
Accuracy and diligence.
