About the Project and Position

The Director of the Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CFT PAN) in Warsaw announces a call for applications for one Assistant Professor position within the Q-ONE project “Quantum Optical Networks based on exciton-polaritons”, funded by the European Commission (grant number: 101115575).

The successful candidate will join the Light-Matter Interaction Group at CFT PAN, led by Michał Matuszewski.

The candidate must have experience in theoretical research of exciton-polariton systems and numerical simulations, and hold a PhD in physical sciences. The project aims to implement a quantum neural network capable of performing tasks such as characterization, tomography, and quantum state generation.
