About Us
The Center for Theoretical Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (CFP PAS) is a research institute focusing on theoretical physics, established in 1980 and located in Warsaw.
CFT PAS conducts research in quantum information, cosmology, gravitation, semiconductors, and atomic gases. Its strategy is to employ top scientists and provide research freedom, leading to world-class publications (e.g., Nature, Science), numerous projects (approx. 30 active grants), and participation in international consortia. In terms of citations per researcher, CFP PAS ranks among the top Polish physics institutes.
The Institute organizes seminars, workshops, open conferences, and publishes educational materials on its YouTube channel.
About the Position
