HR Excellence in Research
Center for Theoretical Physics PAS was honored with the “HR Excellence in Research” award.
In 2005. The European Commission issued two documents, the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers. The European Charter for Researchers contains the rights and obligations to which both researchers and the institutions that employ them are subject. The Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, on the other hand, describes the principles for the recruitment of researchers that institutions-employers should follow, ensuring equal treatment of candidates, quality and transparency in recruitment.
Center for Theoretical Physics PAS has decided to apply and adhere to the standards enshrined in both documents. Many of these principles have already been implemented at the institute and have become common practice. It is making an effort to make all the principles applicable to us.
Documents, on the application and on HR Excellence in Research:

Survey prepared in 2021 in connection with preparation of Welcome to
Poland grant application.
Center for Theoretical Physics PAN is actively seeking externally funded projects. In addition to
research projects, projects aimed at the development of the institute have been applied for, including Promotion
Foreign and Welcome to Poland organized by the National Agency for Academic Exchange.
A survey with the results is presented below. The survey was largely concerned with the admission
of new employees.
