Relativistic discussion of quantum measurements is important in Bell-type tests of nonlocality, including time resolution and objective end of the measurement (collapse). The obsolete Unruh-DeWitt model is unable to capture dichotomic (click-wise) detection and wave-particle duality, due to uncontrolled noise and addition of fictitious particles. Modern approach, based on positive operator-valued measures, allows a family of measurement models without extra particles, which make the description of click-wise detection possible in certain spatiotemporal regime.
