The conference fee (100 euro), which does not include accomodation cost, should be transfered to the bank account by August 15th, 2003.

Failure to meet the deadline might result in considerable increase of the accommodation costs.

When transferring the conference fee for "Quantum Challenges 2003" to the conference bank account please observe the following:

1. as a name of beneficiary put CENTRUM FIZYKI TEORETYCZNEJ PAN

2. please take into account that there are transer charges, so please arrange the transfer in such a way that full amount of 100 euro reaches the conference account.

If you transfer the money from an account held in Polish currency (zloty), please transfer the equivalent of 100 EUR calculated using the exchange rate (mean rate from National Polish Bank) from the day the transfer leaves your bank.

The cost of the full accommodation (4 nights) and meals:

single room 1300 zloty ( ca 300 euro)
double room 1100 zloty (ca 250 euro) per person

should be paid at the hotel desk before departure (major credit cards are accepted).

Please note that there is a possibility of not using an accomodation provided by the hotel. In such a case we require the participant to use (and pay) for the meals during the conference. The cost of the meals is 250 złotych.
