Total conference cost per participant is 300&euro, which covers
lodging and all meals,
including the gala dinner. The fee should be paid before May the 25th
2005 - if paid afterwards additional 50&euro is requested.
Undergraduate and PhD students may apply for a 150&euro financial support covering part of the cost of the conference. Decision on the financial support will be communicated to applicants till May the 10th 2005. A limited number of grants, funded by the Committee of Physics of Polish Academy of Sciences, covering the full cost of the conference is available for young Polish scientists. In order to apply for the grant, please send a letter (a pdf file) to the organizing committee. The letter should include: personal data, motivation for the application, scope of scientific interest, list of publications and other scientific achievements, name of the supervisor (if any). Information about awarded grants will be communicated to applicants till May the 10th 2005. Most of the participants will be accommodated in double rooms. Single room accommodation is available at the extra cost of 80&euro (not available for students with financial support). The fee for each accompanying person is 220&euro. Forms of payment
